Great location! Superior service. Breakfast was plentiful!

The location was close to the metro. The room was spacious. The staff was amazing! They were kind and responsive. We speak English and they were patient with us. Two of the staff also spoke English. It was my birthday during our stay. They surprised me with a beautiful and delicious cake delivered to my room! The breakfast had several options to start your day.

Big, modern, clean hotel in an excellent location.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The facilities are very new, modern and clean. The breakfast was also very good.

No complaints. It is a very big corporate hotel, so there were lots of business travelers and conferences. So, not very quiet and quaint.

Room comfort is very good, although the hotel should have a real refrigerator. The one in the room is just to cool things.

The breakfast should include more fruits. If you have a real refrigerator it would be awesome!

Amazing hotel in Providencia. Pricy, but a guarantee great experience overall.

The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had. The variety is impressive, the coffee is amazing (try the expresso machines, especially the vanilla cappuccino!), staff is kind and accommodating. Honestly the breakfast is well worth the price, especially since food is quite expensive in Chile; you won't find a better price for such an amazing breakfast. Apart from that, this hotel follows all Accor standards: great structure, great beds, great lighting, clean and comfortable overall. Staff is generally kind and attentive, apart from the room service (more on that on the next section). Props to the sauna and pool, accessible to all guests (sauna needs a reservation); a great relaxing option for the end of the day. The location is simply perfect, in the heart of Providencia, easy access to the subway (5min walk), to bars/restaurants in the region (10-15min walk) and to shopping options (Costanera Mall is a 10min walk as well). This hotel has everything going for it and I doubt you won't have a great experience staying here.

There were only two problems with my stay. First, the shower door didn't close properly, so after every shower the bathroom floor would be flooded. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise amazing room. The water would dry quickly due to the dry climate in Santiago, but still they would be advised to fix that. The second and most troubling problem was the room service. Staff was uncooperative on the phone, sent me a cold hot-sandwich (!) and when I phone back to ask them to heat it properly, they said they would be right over and never came. I was so tired (hence the reason why I ordered room service!) and it was so late that I just gave up. Honestly that seems unforgivable and in contrast to the rather pleasant stay otherwise.

Next time in Santiago I will return.

Besides the superb location and the comfortable room, I’d aay that the friendly and super helpful staff is the most outstanding asset this great hotel in Providencia has.

Maybe ,could improve breakfast with a few healthier options. Besides the fruit and sone vegetables yhere was nothing else. But it did have variety and tasted good

Great hotel - safe for solo travellers!

Great business hotel in the business district. The area felt totally safe. I used the gym and breakfast was good. Wifi connection good. There is a supermarket right next door which is awesome. The 2nd biggest mall in South America is only 10 mins walk away.

I had a chicken club sandwich via room service when I arrived late. Was un-eatable and cold. I didn’t order room service again…
